We are pleased to offer FREE delivery on all orders within a 100-mile radius of our factory in Wingdale, NY.

Delivery Beyond 100 Miles

For orders outside our free delivery zone, we provide affordable shipping options based on distance and order value:

      • Zone 1 (States: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia)

        • Orders under $3,000: $299 flat rate
        • Orders above $3,000: $599 flat rate

      • Zone 2 (States: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming)

        • Orders under $3,000: $399 flat rate
        • Orders above $3,000: $699 flat rate

Each piece is crafted just for you. Current lead times are 10-14 weeks, though these may vary based on specific conditions.

We deliver exclusively within the continental United States.


Returns

All orders are custom crafted and made to order in our factory in New York State. Because of this, we cannot accept returns at this time and do not issue refunds for delivered furniture.

Undelivered orders can be canceled with 20% restocking and cancelation fee. Refund needs to be approved and may take 2 to 10 business days to be processed.
